I (Brian, Founder and CEO) am looking for a part-time (10 to 15 hrs per month) Head of Community to help lead and nurture our private executive community, the Reforge Collective. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior product and growth leaders.
This is a flexible role designed to complement someone with a full-time career in product or growth. You’ll work with me and our team to help increase community engagement, facilitate connections, and grow the quality of the network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Community Management
- Moderate and maintain an active, engaging Slack community
- Vet and onboard new community members
- Facilitate meaningful introductions between members
- Write weekly activity summaries highlighting key discussions and insights
- Event Programming
- Manage monthly virtual events calendar
- Organize quarterly in-person events in the Bay Area
- Community Health
- Track and report on quarterly community metrics
- Identify engagement improvements
- Offboard inactive members
- Look for creative ways to strengthen member connections
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of product management experience, currently in a Product Manager, Senior PM, or Product Lead role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with and relate to senior executives
- Experience participating in or managing professional communities
