I (Brian, Founder and CEO) am looking for a part-time (10 to 15 hrs per month) Head of Community to help lead and nurture our private executive community, the Reforge Collective. This is a unique opportunity to build meaningful relationships with senior product and growth leaders.

This is a flexible role designed to complement someone with a full-time career in product or growth. You’ll work with me and our team to help increase community engagement, facilitate connections, and grow the quality of the network.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Community Management
  • Moderate and maintain an active, engaging Slack community
  • Vet and onboard new community members
  • Facilitate meaningful introductions between members
  • Write weekly activity summaries highlighting key discussions and insights
• Event Programming
  • Manage monthly virtual events calendar
  • Organize quarterly in-person events in the Bay Area
• Community Health
  • Track and report on quarterly community metrics
  • Identify engagement improvements
  • Offboard inactive members
  • Look for creative ways to strengthen member connections

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of product management experience, currently in a Product Manager, Senior PM, or Product Lead role
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with and relate to senior executives
• Experience participating in or managing professional communities
